Why am I a part of Bringing Families Back?
It is with great humility that God has entrusted me with the birthing of the concept, Bringing Families Back. What began as a desire to put UNITY back into our commUNITY by delivering a FREE COMMUNITY EVENT, evolved into a deeper yearning to restore our family values.
After the second annual, Bringing Families Back Fair. The Bringing Families Back Foundation was formed due to the realization that the vision was bigger than myself. I also came to the conclusion that in order to make a huge impact I needed to align myself with other leaders and visionaries to help move this movement.
It is with great honor to announce that our organization is currently comprised of carefully selected individuals who have caring hearts and who are passionate about pursuing their purpose in life. Each loving being brings forth a gift, a talent, and passion.
During my journey of migrating from my homeland, the Philippines to the United States, I was given the privilege to spend time with the wealthy as well as the indigenous people. This opportunity enabled me to see and experience the different cultures and family values. From that experience I observed that those whom did not possess too many material things still had so much joy and peace within them because of the sense of community and unity in their homes.
One of the most profound statements that my parents would say to my siblings and myself is that no matter what our differences may be…if one is hurt in the family, set your differences aside and come together to help one another. This is what our nation needs to do. We need to come together and help each other because we are hurting.

Why am I a part of “Bringing Families Back”?
Having a deep burning desire to help those that lost everything in hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the fall of 2005, I’ve come to see somewhat of the bigger picture of how many families, including mine, were affected. My attempt to connect with solution oriented people, groups or organization lead me to Bringing Families Back. We at Bringing Families Back are blessed to be a blessing to all the families of the earth.

At first, I did not see the big picture and the great humanitarian mission that Bringing Families Back stands for. But as each day goes by with me working closely with Hazel, I saw where everything is heading towards. I feel very blessed for having the life that God has given me, and I would like others to feel the same way, even if it’s just momentarily, through Bringing Families Back. The organization itself is more than just a group of individuals driven by a common purpose, it is a family.
